Cancellation of In-Stock Orders
Orders must be cancelled within a few hours from when you have placed the order. We process and ship pretty quickly and, therefore, if you take more than a few hours, it will likely be too late to stop the order from leaving our warehouse. If this is the case, you will be responsible for the shipping fees. In addition to this, all in-stock orders cancelled are subject to a 2.5% deduction from their refund amount to cover the credit card transaction fees associated with the original payment. (The credit card processor does not refund these fees when we refund you)
Essentially, we ask that you please make sure your order is accurate before placing it. Once it enters our system, it will be difficult to stop and cancel.
Cancellation of Pre-Orders
When you place your pre-order, we place a deposit and commit to getting those items in for you from the manufacturer. When an order is cancelled by a customer, we cannot cancel the order from the manufacturer.
There is, for that reason, a 25% over-stocking fee charged on all customer-cancelled pre-orders placed. We encourage you to pre-order your items in advance to help secure your item when it arrives in stock, but we ask that you be completely sure that you want the item before placing a pre-order. If you have placed a pre-order in error and need to cancel we require you contact us immediately to avoid this charge.
If an item is more than 6 months late from the release-date projection at the time of your order you may contact us to cancel your order without penalty.
